As a course trainer you will develop training courses and be focused in understanding current recruitment and selection strategies.  You will have the ability to pro-actively manage the timely deadlines set to provide and administer courses.  Ideally you will come from an aviation background and have the experience and knowledge of Human Resources.

The role

'         Create new and renovate existing courses.

'         Pro-actively research and evaluate current recruitment and selection strategies.

'         Tutor. Mentor and administer courses.
 
What you need

'          Ideally you must be a graduate at degree level or higher (essential)

'          You must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

'          You must have the passion to teach and mentor.

'          Ability to take a flexible approach to your work, delivering high value courses whilst maintaining tight deadlines.

'          You must have a thorough knowledge of current recruitment and selection strategies, or have the ability the research fully prior to delivering courses.

'          You must be computer literate.

'          Have a personal lap-top (Preferred by not essential)

Additional Information

This role would suit someone who is or has been a Training Captain, Instructor, Human Resources Trainer.  This person has been or currently is working in the aviation field that has the knowledge on recruitment and selection.  This role would be a great way to supplement your current income.
